HB 152 • REP. AMEDEE - YES vote, [PARENTAL RIGHTS] email representative and urge their support, and call.

- proposes a constitutional amendment to explicitly provide that parents have the fundamental right to decide the nurture, care, guidance, and instruction of their children, and that to infringe upon that right in any way, the government must prove a most compelling interest in doing so. HB 537 • REP. HODGES - YES vote, [SOVEREIGNTY PROTECTION] email representative and urge their support, and call.

  - would prohibit any foreign adversary or any person connected with a foreign adversary from buying, leasing, or otherwise acquiring immovable property in Louisiana. The next step is a full House floor vote. Call and tell your Rep. to vote YES on HB 537, the prohibition on foreign adversaries purchasing land in LA bill.

-would criminalize  handheld cell phones in vehicles. The next step is a full House Floor vote. Call and tell your Rep. to vote NO

HB 471 • REP. FREIBERG - NO vote, [Pharmacy administration of vaccines bill.] email representative and urge their opposition, and call.

- would permit administration of immunizations and vaccines by pharmacists and other licensees of the La. Board of Pharmacy. Call and tell your Rep. to vote NO on Rep. Freiberg's pharmacy administration of vaccines bill.

HB 427 • REP. CREWS - YES vote (formerly HB 427) [transparency in pricing legislation.] email representative and urge their support, and call.

- would require health care facilities to publicize on their official websites a list of costs for services it renders to patients and hold hospitals and insurance companies accountable for transparency. The next step is a full  House Floor vote. Please call and urge your Rep. tell them to vote YES on HB 658, Rep. Crews’ bill.

HB 8 • REP. HORTON - YES vote - [putting "In God We Trust" back in schools. ] email representative and urge their support, and call.

-would place signs with the motto "In God We Trust" in schools and classrooms. Should be scheduled for a full Senate Floor vote soon. Call and urge your Senator to vote

HB 68 • REP. HODGES - YES vote [BIBLE class reintroduced] email representative and urge their support, and call.

- would authorize public high schools to offer a course of instruction in the history and literature of the Bible. Call and urge your Senator to vote YES on HB 68, the bill to bring an elective on the history and literature of the Bible back into schools.
