A class for the preservation of our community, state, and nation.
How many of you are 17, or older?
How many of those older than 17, are younger than 40?
How many of those between these ages are confident in the future of this nation?
How many of those between these ages want to know what you can do to honor God through providing for the best future of America?
Those in this age group will inherit America as it will be. They will likely live for decades in this nation, for better, or for worse. How do you expect to direct its evolution?
Your freedom to serve God will be effected by the laws, and policies enacted by our governments, local, state, and federal.
Your freedom to honor God through the way you govern your families will be effected by the laws, and policies enacted by our governments, local, state, and federal.
How we treat the subject of our own civic engagement will have a great deal to do with the future of America, Louisiana, Tangipahoa Parish, and your community. Their policies will determine how free your children will be to worship God, and live freely.
The class, “Biblical Citizenship in Modern America,” by Patriot Academy is a resource that can help us to learn of America’s biblical roots. It shows us how we can restore them in modern times, as well as the future.
This class features 12 hours of instruction.
Calvary Christian Center is preparing to host a class in the month of September. It will be taught in four consecutive Saturday sessions, beginning at 10 am, with a lunch break, and finishing up in the mid afternoon.
It is encouraged that students attend all four sessions, but it is not required. Everyone is invited to absorb as much of this resource as possible, for their own edification, and that of our communities.
We particularly encourage younger Americans to avail themselves of this incredible resource to be better equipped for the challenges to biblical citizenship that lie ahead.
If anyone must miss any portion of the class, there will be ways made available to make up that portion.
We invite every American to join us, from Calvary, other churches, or even the unchurched. There is no limitation other than a willingness to learn how the USA might be restored to its original greatness.
The class is completely free, but there will be workbooks available for purchase at $20 each.
The workbooks include, “The Constitution Made Easy,” which contains the original wording of the US Constitution, but has had a modern language version added, “as amended.”
