CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?
You know, there is a reason why some people say and do what everybody knows in their heart is crazy.
Why would a parent take their five-year-old to a “gay” bar?
Why would a parent take their five-year-old to any bar?
Why would a police officer watch parents take their five-year-old to any bar, without arresting them?
Why would a prosecutor press charges on law-abiding citizens?
Why would a prosecutor refuse to press charges on felons?
What legislative reasons could the House of Representatives have for investigating President Trump?
What reasons could the House of Representatives have for not investigating the Speaker of the House for failing to secure the Capital on January 6? That is one of her duties, and resources were made available to her in advance, She rejected them.
What reasons could there be for criminal incarceration of American citizens for more than a year, for trespassing on government property?
These are a few questions that every American should be concerned about. If you know the answers, how do you feel about them? If you don’t know any reasonable answers, how do you feel about that?
There are answers to each of these questions, and there are reasons for those answers. We should all be honest enough to face them. The answer is found in what has been a recurring theme of my posts for the last few years, Isaiah 5:20.
Isaiah 5:20 and 21 says, “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!”
That’s a mic drop. There’s nothing more to say. Roman’s chapter one tells us that the very essence of creation speaks to our conscience about who, and what God is, if we pretend not to know the difference between good and evil, light and darkness, bitter and sweet, that’s on us. There is no-one else to blame.
Are we honest with our selves?
God bless you, Dave
