I have heard my friends refer to liberal Republicans as “More moderate Republicans.” Is there such a thing?
What is a “moderate?”
I believe that two of the definitions, [as defined by Merriam-Webster] are most pertinent to this discussion.
1. a: avoiding extremes of behavior or expression : observing reasonable limits.
and;
4. professing or characterized by political or social beliefs that are not extreme.
As we accept the notion of the political “left & right,” we fall prey to Alinsky rules.
In reality their is but one political extreme, with many facets.
As Americans, on one side of the political debate we have fidelity to the US Constitution, and to the extreme opposite, we have varying degrees of non-compliance.
Americans have been deceived into accepting constitutional fidelity as an extreme, yet it is “THE LAW.” Our Constitution is the only proper standard.
With constitutional fidelity understood as an “extreme,” we accept it as an equal with constitutional violation, and “moderates” as beliefs between these two “extremes.”
Obviously, this is a lie, meant to undermine the truth and our government’s foundation, yet many people fall for this deception.
If we hope to restore our nation, we must stop allowing ourselves to assist those who want to destroy it. We must speak plainly, using words accurately, and in accordance with constitutional requirements.
The Democrat Party is not democratic, it is a party of Democrats.
There are no moderates, there are only those who compromise the principles of our Constitution.
We will either comply with the statutes, laws, and articles of our Constitution, or we violate them. Half compliance is complete infidelity.
God bless you, Dave
