Those that claim that, “no American is above the law, not even the President of the United States of America,” tell us that he could not legally take the documents that President Trump declassified, and took to his home.
On what basis is this possible? Where does the President get his authority? Is it not Article II of the US Constitution? Is there any higher authority in the USA? Are these “experts” ignorant of the pecking order within the Executive Branch of the Federal Government, or are they hoping that we’re ignorant?
When the Constitution was created, there was no hierarchy. There was only the President. There was no authority over executive actions, either foreign, or domestic, pertaining to actions, or documents higher than that of the President.
The entire federal bureaucracy that we “enjoy” today was created by passed presidents, with the assistance of Congress. Congress had no authority in this regard without the approval of the residing president.
Why have I chosen to lay this out? It’s because there are those that seek to deceive us in these matters, and they are numerous, and without scruples.
If the President is the highest authority of the Executive Branch at any given time, where is the President to go for approval of his actions, such as document handling? Who has higher authority than him? Are we ignorant enough to actually believe that President Trump, for the first time in American history, was to seek approval of someone else, or some statute, for his handling of documents generated during his presidential administration?
I believe that the answer is obvious, and I believe that most Americas are too intelligent to fall for the scam being run by the Biden Administration concerning the FBI raid on Donald Trump’s home over documents he legally, and constitutionally declassified, he legally, and constitutionally removed from the Whitehouse, and he legally, and constitutionally possessed.
On what authority do these accusers of the President act? In what situation do members of Congress, the FBI, the Federal judicial system, or any other entity have the jurisdiction to override the authority of the President, or even an ex-President?
They do not, and it is not even hard to prove. All that is needed is an honest person’s reading of Article II of our Constitution,
The first line of this article reads, “The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years..”
I ask you, if the executive Power shall be vested in the President, who must he submit to in the performance of his duties? Who has the right to forbid his actions pertaining to the execution of law?
The “buck stops” with the President. No one has the constitutional authority to question his handling of presidential documents, unless such handling is proven to be of a criminal, or treasonous nature, in violation of the Constitution, or criminal law.
Clearly the mere declassification, and possession of these documents alone can not be construed as criminal in nature, yet that is exactly what the Biden Administration, the media, the DOJ, and Democrats in general would like us to believe.
We have basically two choices, allow the most derelict among us to hornswoggle us on such obvious insanity, or we can hold fast to the truth.
What will you do?
God bless you, Dave
