END THE FED?

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

The value of our Money is determined by the laws of mathematics. Those laws are among the laws of “nature and nature’s God.”
There is no economic principle that can override, or subjugate those laws. The laws of nature and nature’s God are ultimate in authority, and all economic principles are subject to the laws of mathematics.
We are demanded by experts in the banking industry, economic gurus, and by politicians, to submit to economic masterminds who supposedly manage our currency for our best economic protection.
These masterminds continue to insist that inflation must be managed and that they are best suited to manage them. They claim to strive for an inflation rate of 2%.
They then hold us captive to equations of their own design to “reveal” the rate of inflation, however, these equations are often developed by, and promoted by unscrupulous people for nefarious purposes. Often the purpose is to camouflage the theft of wealth generated by American society and transfer that wealth to those who manipulate the levers of economic management.
We have politicians, bankers, philanthropists, and average citizens who struggle to maximize their effectiveness in their individual endeavors within the economic minefield created by the Federal Reserve, an entity that is neither “federal,” nor does it have reserves.
G. Edward Griffin’s book, “The Creature From Jekyll Island” describes the utter unconstitutionality of this vicious organization. An organization that the author likens to a cartel.
We might wonder what is so important about the management of our money, or the system that sets the value of our currency.
Many of the problems within our society are either caused by, or are facilitated by the poison fruit of the Federal Reserve tree.
That is a very strong statement, but I believe that I can prove it with little difficulty.
Consider that Louisiana’s 2023 legislative session just recently came to a close. There were many debates over important issues, but very few of those issues were exempt from the effects of funding. Nearly every proposal had a financial cost to the tax-payers of our state which needed to be considered, either in their execution, implementation, or enforcement.
Often an overriding consideration is the availability of “federal funding.” Federal funding comes with strings attached, and those considerations must also be incorporated into the decision-making of our legislative representatives.
These principles are inherent in policy-making bodies at every level, from our local communities, through state, and federal legislation.
These financial considerations often, (if not always) guide, or dictate the parameters of the discussion. There is not a governmental, or political consideration, from school boards to foreign wars, that is not heavily influenced by the value of our money.
The reformation of American currency cannot be accomplished without difficulty, but our current system must be abandoned if we are to avoid destroying our nation from within.
The Federal Reserve is completely unconstitutional. There is no part of its workings, its management, or even its existence that complies with constitutional stipulations. Those features of our Constitution can only be changed by Article V amendments, and no such amendment has ever been proposed, much less passed by a 3/4 majority of our states to authorize the Federal Reserve.
The Federal Reserve Act is not an Amendment. If you doubt me, look it up in your Constitution. There are only 27 Amendments.
Every requirement, policy, regulation, and feature of the FED banking system is unconstitutional and corrupt to the core. This corruption continually allows vicious actors within the system to devalue the money we all work to earn and enables political and finance personnel to spend the money that others have earned without their approval.
There is one true way to evaluate annual inflation. It is the degree to which our currency has lost value since the same time one year ago. That is a simple equation. If we can determine the number of dollars in circulation at this time last year and divide it by the number of dollars in circulation now, the answer is the percentage of devaluation, (or inflation.)
As an example let’s pretend that last year there was $100 in circulation, but there are now $235.
$100 divided by $235 = 0.4255319149, so the percentage of inflation was roughly 43%. You can add zeros to more accurately represent the real numbers and the results will remain the same.
The $100 could be representative of one hundred trillion dollars, and likewise, the $235, but the percentage of inflation remains the same. If we were to use decimal places, such as $100.375 trillion, and $235.62 trillion, the equation becomes infinitely more complicated, but the mathematical laws in place remain constant.
$100.375 / $235.62 = .4260037348, or roughly 43%
Every time we hear that our government has authorized the expenditure of trillions of dollars that it doesn’t have, that money is fabricated, (or counterfeited by the FED,) and put into circulation. This represents an increase of that amount to what was already in existence.
When we divide the previous amount by the later amount we have an accurate understanding of just how much of our assets’ worth has been stolen.
Multiply these principles over the entirety of our economy, and every feature of government and we realize the enormity of the problem.
In other words, if there were no resources to fund programs that give access to pornography to minors, would we be dealing with this problem in our schools and libraries?
If there were no resources to fund military endeavors, would our Congress be able to commit funding to Ukraine against the will of a majority of Americans?
On and on with example after example. The point is that in order to commit the USA to these controversial expenditures would require substantial debate, and if the proponents were to win that debate, cuts in funding would be necessary elsewhere.
The question would be one of priority. Our representatives in Congress would be forced to convince our citizens or risk failure in their next reelection.
This is the reason for the purposeful design of the FED. Fiat money, besides facilitating the theft of our wealth, enables Congress to disregard the “will of the people.”
I believe that nearly every problem in government is made possible by fiat money, (money generated from nothing, or counterfeit,) the product of the Federal Reserve. I also believe that fiat money serves as the gold ring which draws unscrupulous politicians to the arena. American politics was never meant to be a career, that’s why we refer to political office as “service.” This term rarely represents its original meaning today.
The wealth of honest citizens is stolen by bad actors in politics and big banks, through the FED’s fiat currency.
Hundreds, and thousands of ill-conceived bills are passed by legislatures and signed into law by Governors, and Presidents, and are made possible by fiat money, (money generated out of thin air.) The Federal Reserve is the chief enabler of these crimes.
I believe that the abolition of the Federal Reserve, and the re-establishment of the gold standard would be the most important political advance that could be executed in the restoration of America as a constitutional republic.
