Senator Marsha Blackburn asked KBJ to define a woman while she was under oath, and she refused to answer the question. For many of us, this seems ludicrous and inconsequential, however, it reveals the irrefutable disqualification of Ms. Jackson to be a Supreme Court Justice.
Before being asked this question by Senator Blackburn, Ms. KBJ had been placed under oath. She agreed to, “tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth,” at the commencement of her confirmation hearing, and under the penalty of perjury.
Some may say that this is inconsequential to her appointment, yet I submit that it is pertinent to the ONE qualifying principal of any judge, let alone a Supreme Court Justice.
To explore this statement, let’s examine the purpose of the position for which she has been appointed, and now “confirmed.” The very essence of a “judge” is to determine truth from untruth, based upon existing evidence, so that Justice is is able to prevail. The reason that the principal of “justice” is so important, is that our Declaration, (the mission statement of the USA,) boldly states;
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…”

Our US Constitution, (the foundational document, establishing the methods of protecting those foundational, God-given rights of the Declaration,) begins with three words, “we the people.” This sets the average, ordinary American as members of the sovereign of our great nation. That gives each and every one of us an equal claim to justice, and an equal right to the service, and protection of our nation, and its governance.
“We the people,” have a right, and responsibility to assess truth, and demand justice. That being said, the very basis for having Supreme Court Justices, is to “reason” over evidence, in order to separate truth from error, that justice might prevail.
No sexual being, of any size, intellectual, or hierarchical station has ever had any trouble determining the male of their species from the female. The proof is that no species has ever become extinct as a simple result of a lack of procreation. I also believe that no English-speaking person is in doubt that the adult, human female is called a woman. This makes it plain that when KBJ declined to answer Senator Blackburn’s question, she was either too stupid to know the answer, or she was withholding, or denying the truth. She refused to answer for some other reason, thus perjuring herself for some unstated agenda, ensuring that she would NEVER be dependable to judge righteously in matters of gender, as a Supreme Court Justice.
In her hearings, KBJ repeatedly perjured herself in order to restrain revelations of her hidden agendas, and intentions to deny Americans blind justice, as guaranteed by our constitution.
She has given ample proof that she can not faithfully execute the requirements of the position for which she has been appointed.
What does this say about the Senators that have voted to confirm her? It clearly indicates that they, like KBJ, have no intention of securing justice for all, (for the “we the people” of our republic,) and thus are also unqualified for their present positions.
They must be retired as US Senators! I encourage every American to consider these points, and explore ways that they can help to expose undisciplined, and unethical Senators, and find replacements to oppose them in upcoming Primary Elections.
